This is a fulfillment facility only, not a retail outlet.  For retailers in the Portland area, check our Corazzo dealer location page.


A shipping and handling cost will be added to all orders and vary depending on location to be shipped to. All orders will be shipped on the next business day via FedEX, regular ground service.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also have the option to pay by Paypal. Established dealers may be able to pay with a CC on file with our company.

Back Orders

“Back order” refers to any item/items we don’t have in stock at the time of the order, but can be automatically sent out when we get them back in stock. We can keep an item on back order per the customer’s request. There will be additional shipping cost when the item is finally shipped. We will honor sale prices or prices at the time of the original order. Please keep in mind you may not be called before the item is automatically shipped to you, so please call to cancel any back ordered items you no longer want. Your account will NOT be charged until the item is back in stock and shipped to you.

If Corazzo is unable to supply an item, we will contact you to discuss whether you prefer to change your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.

Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. All merchandise is packed so that it will arrive in good condition. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or missing parts must be filed with the carrier immediately. YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX AND SHIPPING LABLE TO MAKE A CLAIM, CLAIMS WITHOUT THIS WILL NOT BE APPROVED. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within two days of receipt of goods.


CORAZZO will only accept goods for credit and exchange with prior authorization. You must obtain authorization prior to sending an item back. Please contact us using this form for approval.

All requests for returns must be made within five days of receipt of goods. Any items accepted for credit must be in new condition, with all labels, and in the original containers. All returns will be credited to your account for the amount paid. NO portion of the shipping cost can be credited. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For exchanges, you pay the shipping back to the Corazzo Design warehouse in Portland. Corazzo Design pays the return shipping to the address as delivered.

By selecting, “Submit order”, I hereby authorize CORAZZO to initiate charges to my credit card for the total of the order. You will NOT be charged for any “Back Order” or “Out of Stock items” until they are shipped, at which time you will be charged the price at the time of your order plus additional shipping for that item/s if applicable (see “Back Orders” for more details).

By purchasing any items from CORAZZO you are agreeing to all the above terms. If you disagree with any of these terms please send back your order within five days for a refund. Please email for a return authorization before returning any items.
