Warranty Registration

After purchasing your Corazzo Gear, warranty register it. This way we are easily able to see where you’ve purchased your Corazzo Gear and this will help streamline the refund or warranty process.

Register all of your Corazzo Gear products on our warranty registration page.

Warranty Procedure

All of our products carry a normal wear and tear warranty period of 12 months. If you have a warranty concern contact our team using our warranty procedure form.

Please specify the issue and details of the original purchase including invoice number. Please also provide a picture or two of the warranty concern or area of damage. This will help us resolve the issue quickly.

Approval and any warranty requests are generally resolved within 24 hours.

Warehouse Address

Corazzo Design North America is located  in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Business Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9am to 5pm (Central Standard Time)

Shipping Lead Times

The Minneapolis warehouse ships orders Tuesday and Friday. Corazzo uses USPS to transport all orders within the United States and FedEx Ground International into Canada. As a general guide orders to the Central US will be 1-3 days, orders to the East or West Coast will be 2-4 days on average. Orders placed on a Friday will not ship until the following Tuesday.

International orders are shipped via Fedex International within the week.

International Orders

Corazzo Gear can be shipped worldwide from our Mankato warehouse. All orders shipped outside of the USA will be sent via FedEx International. FedEx International will include tracking to your door.

PLEASE NOTE : Depending on the country we are shipping to you may be charged additional taxes before the goods are delivered.

International Refunds

International refunds are accepted once the gear is approved for return. Please contact our team for approval. Once approval has been given the gear can be returned immediately to Corazzo Design North America warehouse at the purchasers expense. The return address is Corazzo Design North America, 200 East Main St, Suite 1, Mankato, MN 56001. Cost of return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser. Refunds will be issued for returned gear only, no shipping costs will be refunded.

International Exchanges

There are no international exchanges. Corazzo will refund the price of the returned product only. Shipping cost is not refundable. Prior to returning Corazzo gear fill out our Returns/Exchanges Authorization form.

Place a copy of the invoice in the return package. The return address is Corazzo Design North America, 200 East Main St, Suite 1, Mankato, MN 56001. Return shipping to the Mankato warehouse is at the purchasers expense.
